Currently all staff who have access get to see the "Top 5 absent teachers" this goes against the ICO guidance that "An employer must not publish ‘league tables’ of sickness absences of individual workers where everyone can see a person’s sickness, injury or absences. This would be intrusive to workers’ privacy and disproportionate to any managerial benefit" and leaves us open to possible legal disputes with staff. This is not so much an idea as a business critical change that needs to be made.
