Could there be the functionality for more than one contract be recorded under an employee along with their associated pay.
This is a very common issue in schools and there needs to be a proper solution to record more than one contract.
I agree, when we run the CENSUS we always have to check with HR team because some staff have multiple roles and contracts but only one currenlty held in the system
