In the new Parent Cloud Portal, under the School Reports section, there is a column labelled Reports showing a number.
I have been told this column shows the number of written reports within that report cycle.
Upon investigation, I have found the number to be incorrect. If there are incomplete reports within the reporting cycle these is also counted.
I have been told the Incomplete reports need to be marked within Remove Unwanted reports, and then the number will be correct, but we do not have time go through checking for these and making the change.
When the reports are published or printed off, only the Completed reports are shown, can we have the same for this, and have the column only report on the number of Completed reports.
