One of the iSams drives is full and on invesitgation we've found really old data in the SchoolReports folder which totals 50Gb. Have been told it's not possible to delete these, but this goes against GDPR. If we were to receive a request from a parent to remove their data from our systems, it wouldn't be possible and we'd be in breach of policy.

As we don't host you, this would need to be something you took up with your network and IT team, they are responsible for what is kept and deleted.
