Parents sometimes encounter issues when trying to view Internal Exams results on the new cloud parent portal causes because of the way that feature has been designed.
The obvious procedure to display internal exams results on the cloud parent portal is:
1. Select the Internal Exams option on the My Children menu.
2. Select the student's name from the drop down menu.
3. Click on the Results tab.
4. Select the Exam Session.
However, this does not work as no results are displayed and parents see the "There is no entries information stored for this cycle." message.
Parents must select the exam session on the Entries tab first:
1. Select the Internal Exams option on the My Children menu.
2. Select the student's name from the drop down menu.
3. On the Entries tab select the Exam Session.
4. Click on the Results tab.
It is not obvious to parents that they must follow the second series of steps above, not the first.
It would be helpful if parents could use either option.
