It would be immensely helpful if the downloaded report template (Excel) from RW subject comments would recognise and convert the already existing keywords from within the statement bank. This means then being able to use the keywords (e.g. <<FirstName>>) in the Excel spreadsheet and have them merge the corresponding information for each student when uploading the spreadsheet.
Currently:
In Statement Bank: <<FirstName>> has demonstrated... becomes Pholoso has demonstrated...
Using Excel template: <<FirstName>> has demonstrated... remains <<FirstName>> has demonstrated...
Proposal:
In Statement Bank: <<FirstName>> has demonstrated... becomes Pholoso has demonstrated...
Using Excel template: <<FirstName>> has demonstrated... ALSO becomes Pholoso has demonstrated...
