It would be helpful if there were an option to download a report template for teacher comments (statements), but that can then be uploaded into the statement bank.
This is similar then to the current option to download the entire report, add comments, then upload. The difference is the comments aren't assigned to specific students yet, but are rather gathered in the statement bank.
