The new statutory guidance requires schools to record a reason for change when changing a students registration value. This is only a requirement for AM/PM registers but there is currently no way of filtering to this via the tab. This can be solved by adding the reason for change to the AM/PM registers itself but if this is a much bigger piece of functionality to implement can we have a filter on the tab to only show records that affect AM/PM registers.
