Administrators supporting members of SMT are asked to email private and confidential letters to parents. Could there be a way of us doing so via ISAMS without all staff being able to access the email/attached document - is there a section for documents whereby permissions for certain staff members to view can be set up?

This would assist with all documents being available on an ISAMS record in case a formal complaint is received and not being sent via staff Google mail.
