Hi Michele - for us, we would like a copy of the Registration Form or Enquiry Form as part of the Admissions Portal Forms. So every time a form is completed by a parent and then accepted via the Portal Forms process, a PDF could be created an assigned to Documents and Files OR the Audit is updated with all the data received as part of the form. What we are looking to see is the information received by parents within the portal form.
This is a really good idea because as soon as you accept the form, that view is lost - if a PDF or something like that could be created that is stored automatically in Documents & Files that would be very useful for looking back on what information a parent provided and when as the audit does not display any of this.
