Add department and subject data to the outputof the rewards and conduct API

The Batch API currently doesn't output either the awarding department or subject in the rewards and conduct module, even though these fields can be mandatory.

Gradebook Comments Publishing

The ability to publish gradebook comments to parent and student portals in bulk. Or a setting to set the default visibility. We enter Gradebooks comments for every assessment and there is no way to publish these without going back into the comment...

Ability to attach documents stored in Ed:Gen to Emails generated in Email Wizard

When using Email wizard and adding an attachment there is no functionality to attach documents stored within Ed:Gen, the only method is to open the document and save it externally and then add.

Set default values for Student Registers Yes/No checkbox fields

Contact Priority Automatically Updates the Order

When the priority it put in for student contacts it should automatically put them in the correct order rather than having to arrange them manually. This causes problems when syncing with Teachers2Prents/School Money.
